We will provide full MLS listing and marketing of your property at Comercial Property Exchanges if you desire. Otherwise, you are absolutely under no further obligation
We will provide details of your property to qualified and eager buyers.
We work with Title Companies to handle title and escrow on your property transaction, or you may use your own Title Company.
We will sell your Investment Properties at full market value.
Real estate is not as liquid as the stock and bond market, and it is more expensive to liquidate (though Lakeline Realty offers commission discounts to clients with multiple property with us or have purschased the property through us).
Maximize your return by defraying capital gains and utilizing the IRS´s Popular 1031 Exchange. Lakeline Realty has helped both buyers and sellers execute 1031 Exchange transactions.
We´re positioned to help buyers identify properties in the area for Exchange into, and understand the "ins and outs" of the process from the proper contractual verbiage to the sales windows (45 days from close to identify the property(s), and 180 days to close).
For those clients that already own property locally and either want to trade up or out (ie, property already fully depreciated), we can help identify suitable replacement property.
