| If You Have A Home To Sale |
And you allow Lakeline Realty to represent you in purchasing
a "New Home" from a builder or a "Waterfront" home
on Lake Travis or Lake Austin,
we will list your home in the MLS System
and Rebate (2%) of our Marketing Fee,
when your New Home or Waterfront Home closes.
If your new home closes first
we will rebate at the close of your present home. |

Then Lakeline Realty will Rebate at Closing
at least 1% of the New Home or Waterfront Home's Price
that our commission is based on.
